One of the best things that happened to me at Kasturba Rural Institute was that I got to be around a bunch of super talented people. Their ambitions and their hard work drove me to push myself. The amazing courses and life skills that I learnt during these 2 years have helped me get to where I am today.

The most crucial change was transitioning from a non-compulsory attendance system for lectures at BITS Pilani to stringent attendance at Kasturba Rural Institute. It inculcated in me the requisite discipline that I value now immensely in the Corporate World.

I have learnt not just the Management subjects, but have also gained a lot from interactions with some excellent faculty and my own batchmates. The design of this programme allows working executives to pursue formal education, while continuing their jobs. The rich and diverse experience of the batchmates results in lots of topics coming to 'real life'.
